Frequently asked questions
How long does it take?
Usually one day after you answer our questions and send your photos. A bespoke design takes up to three days.
Where do the RSVPs go?
Every reply is saved straight away: name, number of guests, drinks, transport and any notes. You get a private link to your guest list and can download it as a spreadsheet.
Can we use our own music?
Yes. Send us a track and it will start playing when a guest opens the envelope. Guests can switch it off with one tap.
Can each guest get a personal greeting?
Yes. Each guest or family gets their own link, so the envelope and the page say “Dear Mum and Dad” or “Dear Olivia”.
Can we make changes after it goes live?
Yes. Just tell us what to change in plain words, for example “move the ceremony to 15:30”, and we update the site. Changes are free until the wedding day.
How long does the site stay online?
12 months from publication. After the wedding you can extend it and keep it as a family page with your photos.
How do we send it to guests?
Share the link on WhatsApp, Messenger, by email or text. It shows a preview card with your names and date. For paper invitations we provide a QR code.
Can the invitation be in two languages?
Yes. We make invitations in English, Norwegian and Russian, and can add a second language version for international families.
