Who we are

This site, weddings.patatoyes.com, is run by PatatoYes. To contact us about your data, email weddings@patatoyes.com.

What we collect

From couples: your name, contact details, wedding date and place, your wishes, and the photos and music you send us for the invitation. From guests: the answers in the RSVP form (name, whether you're coming, number of people, drinks, transport and any message).

Why

To reply to your request, make and publish your invitation website, and pass guests' replies to the couple. The legal basis is your consent and the performance of our agreement with you.

How long we keep it

For as long as the invitation website is online (12 months, or longer if extended). Requests are deleted after about 13 months. Couples' websites are hidden from search engines.

Who processes it

We use a hosting provider (Cloudflare), Telegram for internal notifications and AI text tools to help prepare your site. Your data may be processed outside the EEA. We never sell your data or use it for advertising.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, or withdraw your consent at any time, by emailing weddings@patatoyes.com. If you live in the EU or Norway, you can also complain to your local data protection authority (in Norway: Datatilsynet).
